Plasma, laser, and EDM fight the material with heat. A waterjet doesn't. We drive water and fine garnet at ultra-high pressure to erode a clean line through almost anything — no melting, no warping, no hardened edge to machine off later.

That's why one machine covers a railroad tie sliced into quarter-inch discs and a tray of aerospace shims in the same week.

Almost always, yes. Waterjet cuts metal, hard alloys like Inconel and titanium, stone, glass, composites, foil, and wood. If you're not sure, call and describe it — the answer is usually yes.
Do I need a CAD file?+
No. A CAD file is ideal, but a dimensioned drawing or a clear hand sketch works fine. We'll turn it into a cut program for you.
How thick can you cut?+
Waterjet handles thin foils up to thick plate and stone. Send your material and thickness and we'll confirm it on the quote.
How tight are your tolerances?+
We hold tight, repeatable tolerances part-to-part — precise enough for shims, brackets, and aerospace-grade work. Tell us the tolerance you need.
Do you do one-off jobs and small runs?+
Yes — no job is too big or too small. One art piece or a full production run, same care either way.
